How long does my order take to ship?

At the launch of every collection, there is a 1-2 week long pre-order period that determines the batch numbers for launch. At close the candles are made and can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship and allow for maximum curing time so that the candles can arrive to you in optimal condition. NOTE: Orders are only mailed Monday - Wednesday.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment we do not but as we grow we have plans to add it.

What is your return/replacement policy? 

We do not offer returns but replacements for damaged/unusable goods after they have gone through review. If orders have arrived to you damaged and unsafe to use please use our contact form so that you may get in contact with customer service for further details.
